Insurance Coverage
We accept all commercial health insurance, self-pay and out of network benefits based on plan provisions.
Patients who provided insurance information have claims submitted to their insurers. However, patients remain responsible for any amounts not covered by their insurance after insurer payment.
Important: You may need to contact your insurance company to encourage them to cover all charges they are responsible for. Patients are ultimately liable for outstanding balances following insurer payment.
Centurion Anesthesia utilizes third-party billing agencies for a portion of our anesthesia billing. Should you receive an invoice with an additional company name or logo, please know that it is still coming from us and should not be ignored.
